REFUND POLICY
Important: Returns are not free of charge. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you may do so. If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
However, for a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must include all corresponding parts and accessories, and be correctly packaged.
- The product must have been treated with care, with no damage caused by misuse.
- If the product involves hygiene considerations, it must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the returns process.
- If the product was received in a defective condition, this must be evidenced.
We reserve the right to charge the customer the cost of returning the item. Returns are processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, they will be officially approved within that period.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products where the fault is not on our part.
How do I process a return?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate a return. Send an e-mail to: support@taliacollective.nz and include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photograph of the product (in the event of damage)
- Your full name
- Your address
We will then provide you with the return address. Please do not send the parcel to the original sender. It is essential that you contact us first in order to receive the correct address. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent, at the customer's expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.
