SHIPPING POLICY

We will prepare your order for dispatch within 1 to 3 working days of your order being confirmed. Orders placed on weekdays are generally processed within 1 working day, however orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take slightly longer.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned due to any of the following reasons:

• An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at the time of checkout.
• The delivery being refused or declined by the recipient.
• Failure to respond to redelivery attempts by the courier when offered.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 50%, which will be deducted from the refund.
